How To Make Your Own Asian-Inspired Chili Vinaigrette
1 Cup Mae Ploy
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
2 Teaspoons of Tamari/Soy Sauce
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Ginger (peeled)
Place all the ingredients a the blender
Blend well until all components are incorporated

FRIED GREEN TOMATOES
Step 1 Gather all your ingredients
- Two large firm green tomatoes
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 2 cups vegetable oil
Step 2 Gather all your utensils and cooking equipment.
Three Med Bowls
Tongues, Spatulare, or fork, whichever you have handy (or comfortable with using)
Sharp knife
Cutting board (place a wet towel underneath the board to keep it in place)

Ok, now you have all your essential ingredients and necessary equipment. How to make Fried Green Tomatoes.
Step by Step
Cut the Green Tomatoes into thick slices (at least 1/4 of inch) . Add a pinch of salt and pepper to each side of the tomatoes. Set to the side.
- First bowl, add 1 cup of flour
- Second bowl, pour buttermilk
- Third bowl, add 1 cup of flour and one cup of cornmeal. (mix well)
Place tomatoes in flour (cover completely)
Dust them off and place the tomatoes in the buttermilk (covering them completely). Gently shake off access buttermilk.
Place tomatoes into the third bowl of flour and cornmeal mix (make sure your flour and cornmeal mixture). Gently shake to get off access cornmeal and flour.
In a heavy saucepan, heat oil over medium heat (375°F). Fry two or three tomatoes at a time in hot oil for at least 3 to 5 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm
